Adventure River Crossing in Mhadei River:
The experience, ideal for first timers as well, starts with a trek that takes you to the picturesque lands of Valpoi, and then to a river. Crossing the river is one of the most fun-filled and exciting adventure sports in Mhadei River. The best time for river crossing is through the months of July to September, with water levels knee-high up to November. Brave the river currents, slip, splash, wobble and swim in the waters and revel in the kicks of adventure, the excitement of unpredictability in each and every step. It is something that would stay on your mind for a long time.

Followed by the river crossing is another short and fairly easy trek - one that takes you through sparse forests, rubber plantations, and lush tropical greens. You would cross shallow and pebbly rivulets too before you reach the waterfall of Hukiyachi Kadhi. The fall is seasonal, one that gushes and roars in all its might during the monsoons. It is here that you would be indulging in a lot more adventure sports in Mhadei River. Climb the steep slopes and cliffs using a jumar, and enjoy rappelling as you descend down the rock face. Rig up for tyrolean traversing, a thrilling and exhilarating activity where you would ride the air while holding onto a rope tied between two hilly high points or trees.
